Commissions rates applied for the payment of fees
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE 3% for each of the parties on the sale price equal to or greater than Euro 100,000 (for values below Euro 100,000 our commission will be equal to Euro 3,000).
REAL ESTATE LEASE 10% for each of the parties on the annual rent at full capacity on the contract equal to or greater than 12 months (1 month of the annual rent on the contract of less than 12 months with minimum remuneration of Euro 500).
COMPANY RENT 10% on the agreed management price at a fixed amount or on the annual management cost for monthly fees (minimum fee of Euro 1,500).
SALE OF COMPANY 3% for each of the parties on the agreed price.
